Meadow Brook views our therapy team as an important component of our health care services. Rehabilitation Services are available to all residents of our facility. We feel that therapy is a vital link in maintaining independence and a resident’s valued abilities. Our Therapy Team consists of State licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists.
